姉妹都市締結記念日スカイプ中継
The skype session with Lismore

8月7日（金曜日）、姉妹都市締結日を記念して、大和高田市とリズモー市をスカイプでつなぎ、中継を行いました。

この日は、引率教諭としてリズモー市を訪れている宇野先生(土庫小学校)の担当クラスの生徒さんにもお集まりいただきました。

リズモー市の会場である私立アワーレディヘルプオブクリスチャン小学校のダニエル校長先生の司会のもと、両市長による挨拶や、大和高田市派遣学生によるスピーチ、土庫小学校生徒さんとの歌の合唱、またアワーレディヘルプオブクリスチャン小学校と幼稚園の生徒さんからの歌の披露がありました。

この特別な日に、お互い顔を合わせてともにお祝いできることは、何よりも喜ばしいことです。

両市長がご挨拶で述べられたように、将来子どもたちが大きくなった時にも、両市の友情がますます強い結びつきとなって続いていることを願っています。

On 7th August (Friday)

A skype session between Lismore and YamatoTakada was held to celebrate our anniversary.

A chaperone Miyuki takes charge of the 3rd grade of Dongo Elementary School, so her class students also attended this session.

The venue of Lismore City was Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School, and the principal Daniel Gubby acted as host. The contents of skype session were both mayoral address, YamatoTakada exchange student's speech and song with the students of Dongo Elementary School, and the song from Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School.

We were so greatful to meet and celebrate face to face for such a special day.

As mentioned in mayoral address, we both deeply hope that this friendship will continue to grow and last forever.
