【2025年10月6日～7日】平和学習のため広島を訪れました
厳島神社の荘厳さに感動し、広島平和記念館、平和記念公園訪問では、原爆に悲惨さを学びました。ガイドさんに、爆弾は原爆ドームに直接落ちたのではなく、地上約650メートルで爆発し、その熱風で現在の姿になったのだと教えていただきました。
We were moved by the majesty of Itsukushima Shrine, and when we visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and Peace Memorial Park, we learned about the tragedy of the atomic bomb. Our guide taught us that the bomb did not fall directly on the Atomic Bomb Dome, but exploded 650 meters above the ground, and the resulting heat created the structure we see today.
潮が引いていたので、厳島神社の鳥居のそばまで行き記念撮影しました。
As the tide was low, we went near the torii gate of Itsukuhima Shrine and took a commemorative photo.
厳島神社の鳥居の下部は、満潮時に海水に浸るため、下部には、防腐のため特殊な樹脂が塗布されていました。
The lower part of the torii gate at Itsukushima Shrine is submerged in seawater at high tide, so a special resin was applied to the bottom to prevent decay.
夕食に、店のスタッフに教えてもらいながら、お好み焼きを作って食べました。
For dinner, we made and ate okonomiyaki with the help of the restaurant staff.
被曝による白血病で亡くなった、少女をしのんで建てられた「原爆の子の像」を訪問し、ガイドさんに像にまつわる話をしていただきました。
We visited the Children's Peace Monument, which was erected in memory of a young girl who died of leukemia caused by radiation exposure, and we heard from our guide a story about the statue.
核廃絶と平和を願い、国境のない世界地図が刻印された「平和の鐘」を訪れ、鐘を突きました。
We visited and rang the Peace Bell, which is praying for nuclear abolition and peace, engraved with borderless world map.
原爆ドームについて、ガイドさんがいろんな話をしてくださいました。
The guide told us a lot of things about the Atomic Bomb Dome.
